A great variety of Classes for all abilities and interests. From high intensity Circuits, learning new skills in our skilled classes, barbell club, HYROX and boxing - there is a great range of classes each week to keep you engaged and able to switch things up.

 

Our team of coaches are awesome! Not only do we train - we have a lot of fun so you leave feeling a buzz!

OUR CLASSES

Join the fastest growing functional fitness concept in the world. With different focuses in each class, it’ll keep things varied.

A dynamic workout regimen that fuses cardio, strength, stamina. You are guided through a series of workouts that not only build muscle and endurance but also enhance agility and mental resilience. You’ll tackle movements like sled pushes, rowing, running, wall balls, and more, designed to mimic the official HYROX race format.

Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX competition or simply seeking to elevate your fitness game, our HYROX Conditioning Classes will provide the tools, techniques, and motivation needed to crush your goals.

HYROX

BOXING

Such an awesome way to keep fit! 

A fast paced high energy session to optimise your fat burning and cardio. This class will get you lean and fit whilst having fun combining cardio, strength training and technique.

Suitable for all abilities from beginners to experienced.

HIIT ME UP

Get in, go hard, and feel the burn! 

HIIT Me Up is a fast-paced, high-intensity interval training class designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and build lean muscle. 

You’ll cycle through explosive cardio, strength moves, and core finishers—using everything from bodyweight to dumbbells and more.

Short intervals, big results. 

All fitness levels welcome—just bring the energy and we’ll bring the heat!

LIFT HIIT

LIFT HIIT is where strength training meets high-intensity interval training to push your fitness levels. 

​

This class combines heavy lifts and explosive movements to build muscle, burn fat, and boost endurance. You’ll rotate through strength-based rounds—think dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells—mixed with bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up and metabolism fired. Functional fitness which flies by!!

​

Expect power, sweat, and serious gains!

All levels welcome, with modifications provided.

BODY PUMP CIRCUITS

This full-body circuit class is designed to challenge your strength, cardio, and endurance all in one session. You’ll move through timed stations targeting different muscle groups using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance tools. 

Expect a dynamic blend of strength training, high-intensity cardio, and core work.

Whether you’re building muscle, burning fat, or boosting stamina, this class delivers a complete workout from head to toe. All fitness levels welcome—modifications provided.

SUPER SATURDAY

Fun, team fuelled class to kick start your weekend in style! Working with others in a fun and energising workout! Kick off your weekend with energy, sweat, and good vibes!

Our Super Saturday Workout is a fun, full-body class that mixes strength, cardio, and core work into one upbeat session. 

Expect high-energy music, creative circuits, partner challenges, and a motivating group atmosphere that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

​

All fitness levels welcome—come ready to move, laugh, and crush your Saturday!

BARBELL CLUB

Strength training is so important for everyone. 

We lose bone density as we grow older and strength training is your super power! Invest in yourself. 

​

Barbell Club is all about building strength, power, and confidence with the barbell. This class focuses on proper technique and progressive loading for major lifts like the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and Olympic lifts. You’ll work through structured programming designed to improve form, increase strength, and track your progress over time.

​

Perfect for beginners learning the basics or experienced lifters looking to level up. Lift heavy, lift smart.

CORE CRUSHER

Get ready to light up your abs! Core Crusher is a high-energy class focused entirely on building a strong, stable, and sculpted core. You’ll hit your abs from every angle with a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance work, and dynamic core movements. Expect planks, crunches, twists, and finishers that leave you feeling the burn.

All levels welcome—whether you’re chasing definition or building strength from the center out.

LIFT & LEAN
FUNCTIONAL BODY BUILDING

Building strength and movement to ensure you live a long and happy life!

This class blends classic strength training with functional movement to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and move better overall. You’ll focus on controlled, intentional reps using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. It’s all about creating strong, balanced, and athletic bodies—not just aesthetics.

​

Perfect for anyone who wants to look good, feel strong, and train with purpose. All levels welcome.

SKILLS

This class is all about mastering the finer details. You’ll focus on proper form, precision, and movement—breaking down exercises to gain the knowledge and understanding. 

The goal is to build a strong foundation, improve efficiency, and eliminate bad habits. In turn reducing risk of injury also!

Expect slower-paced, focused instruction with plenty of repetition, shadowing, and partner drills. 

​

Ideal for beginners looking to learn the right way—or experienced athletes aiming to sharpen their technique.

SMALL GROUP PT

Smaller group personalised training can be a great alternative to 121 personal training.

If you are wanting accountability and level up reaching your goals then small group PT can be the solution without breaking the bank. 

Exercise alongside a supportive group that inspire you to push your limits.
